Luxury sports carmaker Porsche has announced that it too will enter the luxury sports mid-sized sedan market when it begins selling the Pajun in 2017. Being engineered and designed to compete with the likes of the BMW 5-Series, the Mercedes-Benz E-Class and the Audi A6, a base Pajun will hit showroom floors demanding a solid $85,000.
The thinking heads at Porsche have good reason to feel that the Pajun will be a score. After all, its Panamera is already successfully competing with the A8, S-Class and 7-Series, and its Cayenne SUV has likewise performed well. If the current rumors are true, the Pajun will sport a six-cylinder engine with 320, 420 and 520-horserpower options. Click here for the latest Porsche finance incentives in your area.
